Strategic Fatloss to fit you….Thursday, 3-1-2018

If your efforts fit you and make use of what you want and what you are already doing well, great things happen!

If you choose one thing to do first that fits those and do it, you’ll very likely succeed.

1.  Let’s start with what you are already doing well.

Are you already exercising at least one or two days a week or just a tiny bit most days?

Do you walk a few times a week?  Do you go to the gym one night or morning or more already?
Do you go square dancing once a week.  Do you do a yoga routine of 7 minutes first thing every day. 

Do you already eat something that helps?

Do you eat a salad with only extra virgin olive oil as a dressing once a week?  Do you eat wild caught salmon once or twice a week?  Do you have a piece or serving of whole fresh fruit a few times a week?

Are you already strong or fit?

That helps!  So does giving yourself credit for it.

2.  Why do you want to lose fat?

Do you want to look better?

Do you want to be able to move more easily?

Do you want to feel better and be less depressed?

Do you want to lose fat for a health reason such as preventing heart attacks?

Do you want to please your partner or your family or your doctor?

If so, that’s good; but it helps to also have another reason besides that why YOU want to lose fat.

What would that be?

The very good news is that many times doing the things that directly get you what you want helps you to lose fat too!

Want to look better?  If you begin and continue effective strength training you will look better.  You’ll also find it easier to lose fat and much easier to keep off.
Do you want to be less depressed and less irritable?

Studies show that people who upgrade to a low inflammation diet well reliably get both of these things!

And, this too helps you lose fat and keep it off!

This post and the comments I added to it have several things that have proven to slash your risk in just a few weeks.  Many of them are quite easy to do.

Here again, if you do most of them you will lose fat more easily and keep it off MUCH more easily!

3.  If you haven’t started losing fat, would you like to know how to start successfully?

There is a way that is proven to work!

Pick one thing to do first that you are sure you can do and do it.

If you already exercise one day a week and can add a second day each week do that.

If you will take a 7 minute walk three days a week, pick which 3 days and make a log and every one of those days you do your walk just note what time you did it each time.

If you will add a salad with organic vegetables and a bit of extra virgin olive oil one day a week.

Just do that starting within a few days and keep doing it every week.

Even taking one protective supplement that you haven’t yet begun can help!

People who read a book on dozens of things too often stop there.

But people who actually begin to do one such thing succeed surprisingly often!

Once you do one thing, it becomes MUCH easier to gradually do it better or add a second thing.

And, studies also show that when you do one thing, you often begin to see yourself as someone who acts to get the results you want in health and fatloss.

Once you get to that point your chances of success skyrocket upwards!
