Stop migraines without drugs and why  Three.....

More ideas to stop migraines fast!

We posted on the last two Tuesdays on ways to stop migraines entirely without drugs, Tuesday, 5-23 & Tuesday, 5-30.

We listed the many things that cause migraines that most migraine sufferers do or don’t do that clearly cause most of them and make the ones people get worse.

The things to stop doing include:

The drugs for migraines because they tend to have a rebound effect;
all MSG and the foods that contain it such as fast foods, and Chinese foods where the restaurants don’t avoid using it, condiments that have the word “spices” or even “organic spices” on the label, and the meat “tenderizer”, Accent;
all high fructose corn syrup and excessive real sugar because it depletes magnesium and a deficiency of magnesium causes migraines;
and all artificial sweeteners because some cause migraine directly and they also cause people to consume more sugars and grains;
and all hybrid wheat and most other grains and grain oils and animals fed grains because wheat and most grains spike blood sugar more than sugars and the excessive omega 6 oils in them cause inflammation that causes migraines AND makes them worse!  That inflammation and high triglyceride levels that stopping these eliminates ALSO stops them from harming your blood vessels which is a direct cause of migraines.

So, the faster you stop these totally and the more of them you stop, the sooner you stop having migraines or have far fewer and milder ones.

The things to do include:

Taking magnesium supplements; and B-complex vitamins other than B12; AND taking extra B12 too as methyl B12 chewable lozenges.
Since deficiencies in these cause migraines, starting them all often stops migraines.

Taking the omega 3 DHA and taking an omega 3 supplement from purified fish oil lowers inflammation and calms nerves resulting in less irritability according to research.  It also improves the health and responsiveness of your blood vessels and helps repair nerves and brain cells.  So starting them can speed migraine relief in all three ways!

Eating turmeric &/or curcumin supplements made from turmeric with extra virgin olive oil and or black pepper ALSO improves the health of your brain cells and lowers inflammation and improves the health and responsiveness of your blood vessels.  So starting these can speed migraine relief in all three ways!
Trying chiropractic treatment is worth trying because some migraines apparently ARE caused by pinched nerves in the neck which good chiropractic treatment simply turns off.

Lastly, a licensed and skilled acupuncturist can sometimes reduce migraine pains or stop them entirely.  AND there are now practitioners who stimulate those nerve access points electronically.  This apparently can work better than needle acupuncture and IS safer from infection.

Trying one of those can sometimes give fast migraine pain reduction or prevent them in some cases.

We describe these in more detail in our earlier posts except for the acupuncture ones that we added this week; and we noted that regular vigorous exercise done most days of every week also stops migraine.

The more of these you do and the sooner you do them, the faster you will be migraine free -- or have such fewer and milder ones that they no longer reduce your quality of life or force you to stop working for a time.


And the extra bonus is all the other diseases you will be far less likely to get from Alzheimer’s disease to strokes!

It seems as if I left out a significant way to stop a large percentage of migraines fast!

In my posts on statins, I've listed their many harms to your health and quality of life. And I've listed the many things you can do to prevent heart attacks and deaths from them that actually work to do so -- which statins, despite their hype, do NOT provide.

So if you take statins and stop! -- and, do the things that actually prevent heart attacks and deaths instead, you escape all sorts of nasty and harmful side effects.

It seems I missed one: "STATINS CAUSE Migraines!"

[Statins cause insomnia that won't turn off without discontinuing them too. So, if you have a migraine, you'll be less able to deal with it; and it will limit your life more too!]

So if you suffer from migraines and take statins, if you stop the statins completely and at once, you may find you have no more migraines by just doing that one thing!

And, any migrqaines you still get will be milder -- and bother you less!
