Boost
your metabolism to lose fat, part 6.....

In some ways there are two basics for permanent fat
loss.
1. Stop
routinely ingesting the things that reliably fatten you.
Then you stop making the problem worse!
2. Boost your
metabolism so you burn more calories twenty-four hours a day.
Over time that will remove your excess fat.
This week, in our final post in this series on
boosting metabolism we have three new things to report.
*The first and most important one is a new resource
that multiplies your existing ability to do each of these things.
Research found that it is extremely effective! It is helpful immediately and the full
program only takes 6 weeks.
Each step is quite doable. I began using it a week ago and can report
that it is!
**The second one is a third drug in common use. We knew it fattened people and prevented the
normally effective methods of fat loss from working.

When people good at making changes who are
persistent and in good mental health get how to information to do something
they want to do, they take the steps and overcome obstacles and keep at it -- so they GET the results they wanted!
But quite often the people who most need and even
want to lose fat they keep off, have significant emotional issues from long ago
and now have them distracting and
weakening them PLUS they tend to not try hard enough or have failed in the
past.

Many people who are now fat gained that fat and
weight shortly after they began to take steroids for an autoimmune disease.
It also is common to do literally everything as well
as you can to lose fat but lose none or gain slightly because you are taking
steroids for an autoimmune condition.
It’s well known that taking steroids for an
autoimmune condition longer than it takes to stop its symptoms initially has
this effect.
And, it’s well known to doctors but NOT always to
the people taking steroids for an autoimmune disease that this dramatically
increases the risk for developing new cancers or becoming dangerously at risk
for any bacterial or viral infection due to the dramatic drop in your body’s
immune system.
I’ve lost my notes as sometimes happens; but I saw a
report of new research showing that these kind of steroids also harm DNA and
prevent repairs and prevent your cells from normal growth.
This dramatically speeds aging too!
THIS causes damage to your mitochondria and SLASHES
your metabolism.
You also feel low energy and depleted and tend to
get depressed and have great trouble making an effort to do normal activities
let alone begin new ones or increase your effort.
But you can stop or even reverse autoimmune diseases
without these drugs in many if not most cases.
Taking vitamin D3 often does this effectively
because it not only increases your killer T cells, the reverse of what these
steroids do, it ALSO makes them much more accurate so they stop attacking parts
of you. Taking 10,000 to 25,000 iu a day
of D3 has been shown to help.
The other thing to do is to completely stop
ingesting the things that cause autoimmune disease:
MSG, any hybrid wheat at all, ALL artificial sweeteners, and any fast food
or packaged food that contains nanoparticles of titanium dioxide (currently
apparently they ALL do!) because they make holes in your gut which causes an
immune response when things that don’t belong outside your gut go all over the
place.
So when you stop all these causes of autoimmune
disease and reduce the rest with vitamin D3, you certainly CAN stop the
steroids in most cases.
Because of rebound effects, it can help to withdraw
from such steroids gradually over a few days to a week.
But once these things are done, you can reverse this
drag on your metabolism!
***We’ve long known from the experience of people who
have lost weight and fat from exercise that some forms of cardio are effective
because they significantly boost metabolism.

This study was recently in Medical News Today:
Exercise
prevents cellular aging by boosting mitochondria
"....high-intensity
interval training had the greatest effect at a cellular level, specifically on
mitochondria
High-intensity
biking effectively reversed age-related decline in mitochondrial function.
Ribosomes,
vital players in the synthesis of proteins, also received a boost from exercise
- it increased their ability to build mitochondrial proteins, which explains
the rise in both mitochondrial function and muscle hypertrophy."
*THIS
study suggests that NOT taking statins AND doing a PACE like activity that is
itself high intensity plus improving such us jump rope or using a trampoline or
sprinting boosts mitochondria best. (PACE is an interval or variable cardio exercise
with rests or easy parts between very vigorous and or fast cardio parts. Because you start at a level that is easy and
improve gradually this is safe to do, particularly if you stop or slow down if
you get too tired or out of breath. It’s
so effective because you relentlessly do more or have shorter rests or both
until you are quite fit. That’s the
progressive part.)
*This
study may not have found that high intensity strength training fails to do this
as they may not have used a version that DOES do have the intensity needed
using heavy enough weights to get this effect.
*BUT
they HAVE shown that jump rope and trampoline and sprinting DO this AND this
also suggests that doing one of those plus strength training builds muscle
better than only doing strength training.
*AND
even if strength training does this less, for sure if you strength train
besides jump rope or trampoline or sprinting you DO get more boost to your
mitochondria!
*Lastly,
if taking D-Ribose boosts the number or effectiveness of Ribosomes, adding it to
effective exercises may help boost mitochondria and add muscle!
