Be way less irritable and healthier
too!....
Today's Post: Tuesday, 10-11-2016
A. Research is starting to
show that trans fats can trigger emotions of anger.
Be way less irritable and healthier
too! Find out how and eat absolutely NONE! Trans fats also directly
cause heart disease!
"According to Beatrice Golomb,
MD, PhD, an associate professor at the UC San Diego Department of Medicine who
let the study, in a UCSD press release.
“We found that greater trans fatty
acids were significantly associated with greater aggression, and were more
consistently predictive of aggression and irritability, across the measures
tested, than the other known aggression predictors that were assessed.”
So by decreasing the amount of trans
fats we eat we may become nicer people."
."...trans fats may be worse
than first thought. Many times when we think about trans fats as causing heart
disease, blocking of the coronary arteries, heart attacks and stroke.
The buildup of plaque in the
arteries causes hardening of the arteries.
Trans fats can be found in doughnuts,
cookies, crackers, muffins, pies and cakes are examples of foods that may
contain trans fat.
Limit how frequently you eat them.
Limit commercially fried foods and baked goods made with shortening or
partially hydrogenated vegetable oils."
Some of the worst foods
that contain trans fats are in this section of the quote of this research.
Others to no longer eat
are shortening, margarine, and nondairy creamer -- which are all made out of
this heart attack starter.
BUT, the advice to
"limit" those foods meaning still eat them but once a day instead of
four times a day or more is TOTALLY & DANGEROUSLY WRONG for two reasons!
1. This author and
professor apparently do not know this, but your body does NOT process all the
trans fat you eat in one day.
Your body removes half
of your trans fat intake over a few days. So if you eat ANY several days
in a row, let alone "less" every week!, you build up a very high
level in your body!
This research says that
will make you much more irritable. And, we know for sure it increases
small particle LDL and directly causes heart disease and ED and more.
The research is totally
clear. Hydrogenated oils are very effective heart attack starters. AND
the only safe intake is ZERO!
2. Those SAME foods
contain hybrid wheat and many contain high fructose corn syrup. Those also
cause high triglycerides which is also a known way to increase small particle
LDL and directly causes heart disease and ED and more. (Trans fats and
hydrogenated oils also directly increase small particle LDL which shows up high
triglycerides and low HDL.)
The research is totally
clear. Hybrid wheat and high fructose corn syrup are also heart attack
starters! And, the safe intake of these is also ZERO.
So to avoid being
irritable AND giving yourself heart disease, never or hardly ever eat:
"doughnuts, cookies, crackers, muffins, pies and cakes" and
"commercially fried foods and baked goods made with shortening or
partially hydrogenated vegetable oils."
B. It's also been found that eating wild caught
fish high in omega 3 oils or taking omega 3 supplements &/or taking a
supplement of the most brain boosting omega 3, DHA -- or all of the above
reduces physical inflammation and psychological irritation.
This even happens to men
in prison according to one study. They
gave some prisoners extra omega 3 and found they became significantly less
irritable and violent.
Conclusion: If you
do both – stop all hydrogenated oils and trans fats AND boost your intake of
omega 3 -- you will find it far easier for others to be around because you will
feel that much less irritable!
This can pay big
dividends both at home with your family and at work with the people you work
with!
And, since BOTH parts
lower inflammation and reduce small particle LDL, doing these two things also
gives you very strong heart protection!
